Reflecting on Surah An-Nahl: 65-79

Milk and honey are amongst the blessing of Allah. Are they part of my diet?
Unfortunately, these two things are rare in my diet. I know the benefits of both of these, but somehow I still do not
consume them. Ever since reading this lesson, however, Alhamdulillah I have made an active effort to remember to have both of these , and hopefully Insha’Allah they will soon become part of my regular diet.

Alhamdulillah the blessing of milk is a part of my life ever since I was a baby. However, the blessing of honey is not. After doing the tafseer in class , I realized how big of a blessing these both are. The whole process of how bees make honey is really amazing and how Allah inspires the bee to make honey…. All for Us. Yet we don’t make use of this blessing.
Now when I drink milk , I reflect on how Allah made this blessing for us, in the  stomachs of cows between excretion and blood. I’ve also decided to start making honey a part of my life and make use of these blessings which Allah had provided specially for us.
